Internship Program
Abhedya Education and Welfare Society is happy to share that we are starting an internship program for School, College and University students. Interns can work on our predefined projects or Internship can be catered to their qualifications as well. Here are the details:
Abhedya Education and Welfare Society is a non-profit organisation registered in 2015 in Bhopal, MP. The organisation mainly works but not limited to in tribal areas near Bhopal, also in other tribal areas Alirajpur, Jhabua. Abhedya has been working for many causes, Education being the main focus,
student's support and financial backup for educational expenses, guidance and career counselling for youngsters, reaching out to underprivileged children providing them the means of education, Nurturing Rural/Tribal leaderships, entrepreneurships at local level, generating innovative & applicable ideas for sustainability, encouraging the interdependent living, strengthening Gram Panchayats, empowerment through employment, women empowerment.
Through many activities Abhedya Society is making a positive impact on the weaker section of the society.
The internship program will have following criteria:
1. Short term (2 weeks)/long term (1-3 months)
2. Free/Stipend
3. Project wise/Individual's requirement
4. Bhopal office/Village for Offline
5. Online (from remote places)
6. Solo/Team work
7. Work on a Timeline
7. Certificate will be provided
Guidelines for Internship
These are the general guidelines for selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities, work will be explained separately as per the project:
1. Intern should report on-time (if offline)
2. Project should be done within given period of time.
3. 12 hours per week should be given to the task
4. Project should be submitted properly and completely. Intern should keep a copy with him/her
5. Intern should be talking to the senior in case of any confusion or query.
6. Intern should know about the organisation before joining.
7. Guidelines should be followed.
8. Intern should use his/her laptop or phone for any related work.
9. Status or work done should be discussed daily with the senior before calling it off for the day (A message would be fine on WA too).
10. Official dress code (Indian dress for females on Village visits)
Who can apply
Candidates can apply who:
1. Are available for 12 hours a week
2. Can work from our office/home if needed
3. Have relevant skills and interests
4. Can work Solo or in a team as per the requirement
5. Computer literate or familiar with internet search effectively
6. Ready to do something good for the society, and understand the value of society.
7. Should have a mindset of a learner
8. Student studying in a school, college, university, passed outs or applying for a job
9. Can use their own vehicle to commute, own laptop or mobile for research work
10. Can follow the instructions or guidelines

1. An introductory interview will be arranged once you start the internship.
2. If intern excel in his/her performance, they can be hired for long term projects
3. An Exit interview will be scheduled towards the end of the timeline
