In the early stages of life, a lack of nutrition can lead to lifelong setbacks—yet many tribal children are raised on poor diets due to poverty and lack of awareness. Abhedya’s Battling Malnutrition initiative focuses on addressing this silent emergency.

Workshops are held for mothers and caretakers on healthy food practices using locally available items. Health checkups track children’s growth, and nutrition kits are distributed to severely malnourished kids.

Community kitchens, led by local women, now prepare nutrient-rich meals for children during school breaks or health camps. It's a beautiful reminder that the fight against malnutrition doesn’t need big cities—it just needs informed, empowered communities.
