Eco-Tourism
MP tourism alongwith our local villagers are promoting eco-tourism in our village kekadiya. We have cottages built and ready to use to experience a rural and natural lifestyle as an escape. You and your loved ones can stay in a safe environment and experience the local vibe. In turns it will help village economy.
Incubation Center
An incubation center in village is in pipeline for villagers sustainable livelihood. Local food items from their farm produce, making and then selling them in potential market is the plan.
Water well revival
We have water scarcity in our village. We revived 2 old baoris (well) in past and need to revive more for farmers. Baori needs to be dug and to do the testing if water is available in that area, if it is then it needs to be properly built for sue.
FPO for the farmers
We have helped villagers to form an FPO for the farmers with the help of experts. The operation started to add more farmers as well as to finalize on the products to produce and market.
Coaching Center
Village students from our village are preparing for competitive exams and need coaching. For that they have to go to Bhopal city which includes expenses for commute or room rent along with fat coaching fees. We are planning to open one coaching center in village itself.
Check Dams for water storage
We have water scarcity in our village. We revived 2 old baoris (well) in past and have a lake. We do have old check dams but they are worn out and of no use. we are looking for support to revive the check dams as a solution for stopping water from nearby stream and direct it to the village.
Seed Balls
We are taking initiative towards environmental issues starting with seed ball making at the village by locals. This initiative will serve many purposes: Sensitizing people with environmental issues and giving some work to the locals which will add in their livelihood.
Rain Water Harvesting
We are planning to implement rainwater harvesting systems in some of the pukka houses (15 houses to start with) to support domestic water needs. The community struggling to meet its basic water needs.
