Bringing Light to Learning—Even When the Grid Fails....
⚡ Turning Power Cuts into Possibilities
In the dusty corridors of Kekadiya and Bhanpur village schools, education was often disrupted—not because of absent teachers or unwilling students, but due to the frequent power cuts that silenced classrooms and darkened IT labs.Abhedya changed that with the Solar Powering Schools initiative, ensuring uninterrupted digital learning and a sustainable future.
🔋 Project Implementation Highlights
Through this project, solar panels have been installed on rooftops of key educational and community buildings. These systems now power IT labs, smart classrooms, and basic infrastructure, keeping schools functional even during outages.
✅ Installed Solar Systems:
🏫 Community Hall, Bhanpur – 2 kW system (Installed in 2019)
🏫 Middle School, Bhanpur – 5 kW system (Installed in 2023–24)
🏫 Primary School, Bhanpur – 2 kW system (Installed in 2024–25)
🏫 Primary School, Berkheda – 2 kW system (Installed in 2024–25)
🌟 The Impact
Where once IT labs sat unused, students now confidently engage with digital tools, teachers use smart boards, and schools have become centers of modern education—powered by the sun.
